A Sikh man in Punjab breaking his religious beliefs took off his turban and saved the life of a drowning dog. His courageous act has become viral on social media, and not just in our country but all over the world have praised him. 28 years old Sarwan Singh in Punjab, saw a dog drowning in a canal made for irrigation and ignoring everyone there he immediately took off his turban and used it like a rope to save this dog . Sarwan Singhused a small part of the turban as a trap to pull this poor dog out of the water.
As per Sikh religion sardars are supposed to take off their turban only at home and during taking shower. The moment he removed his turban many people gave him amused and sarcastic look but he ignored everyone and saved the life of a drowning dog. Later everyone praised him for his courageous act.
