A rolling stone supposedly gathers no moss but it is safe to say that in my case I feel pretty much like a tropical forest where nothing else grows.

This article is written by Shruti Appalla and her introduction is as below,

Hi, my name is Appalla Shruti or Shruti Appalla(I’ll explain…patience people). I am old enough to vote and young enough to still be in college. If you look closely again into the last two sentences neither condition is entirely my choice-neither my name, my age nor my predicament. But I can tell you this I am happy, crazy, all the time high on air by virtue of being born just for 10 rupees in the biggest, equally crazy (maybe just a little more) democracy in the world.

Essentially as a kid I changed 8 schools. My summers were spent shifting houses towns and cities or alternately shuffling between my cousins down south. From all of this I learnt how to speak different languages listen to different accents and meet different people. My upbringing made me value the importance of an opinion, not just one formed for the sake of having one but an informed and respected opinion on a lot of issues.

So if you would like to get to know of my adventures and stories, also the secret of the name, write back and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Watch this space for poems, stories, articles and letters.
